1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if your order arrives in any of the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective: Item is leaking, tampered with, broken, or defective.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
- Expired: The product delivered is past its shelf life.
- Incomplete Order: Items are missing from your package.
Important: Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging, labels, and the product itself to process your claim.
2. We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Items missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.).
- Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Damaged or missing items reported after 3 days of delivery.
Note: We highly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before purchasing products for specific health-related reasons.
3. How to Process a Return
If your issue meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

- Review: We will review your request within 24–48 working hours.
- Resolution: * If the product is unusable, we may ask you to discard it and send a replacement immediately.
- If a return is required and our courier cannot reach you, we ask you to self-ship the item.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
When a Refund is Issued:
- The product is out of stock or your address is unserviceable.
- A return is received and verified in good condition.
- A technical error resulted in a double payment for a single order.
When a Refund is Denied:
- The product is noticeably tampered with or partially consumed.
- An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations:
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel by emailing or messaging us. Refunds for cancellations take 10–15 days to reflect in your account.
- In Transit: Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
